Our delivery cut off is 3pm each working day. Orders received before 3pm will be sent on a next day service, on occasion we may be able to fit in later orders up to 4pm but please do not rely on this, please make your order before 3pm to ensure it will be sent the same day.
We do not offer a Saturday or Sunday service.
Who do we use to deliver your goods?
We use APC Overnight for our next day service, Royal Mail and Yodel for standard deliveries. Depending on service levels we may choose to use other couriers from time to time. You will be alerted about courier method once your order is processed.
If you are not in when the courier delivers your parcel they will attempt to leave it with a neighbour or leave a card for you to pick it up from the local depot.
Scottish Highlands, Scottish Offshore, and Northern Ireland
We offer delivery to these places, but unfortunately there is a premium charge for this as detailed below.

We do not currently offer international shipping.
Due to security reasons, any orders over £200 will only be sent to the register billing address.
Returns & Cancellations
All returned products must be sent back at the customers cost, unless you were sent the item in error by use, in which case we will arrange reimbursement of the postage costs back to us or arrange for collection with yourself. Please ensure you track your delivery to ensure that it arrives back safely with us, and include a note with your name and order receipt if possible (or as much detail about the order so we can easily track it).
All items returned must be in resalable condition and as you received, unless there is an obvious fault once you have unsealed the product. We are happy to exchange or fully refund any faulty items you receive. We cannot offer refunds on products ordered more than 1 month ago.
Please email us as soon as you receive the faulty product so we can discuss the process with you to get it resolved as soon as possible.
Goods should be returned in original, unopened packaging. If you’ve opened it up, had a few tries and don’t like it or want something else, we obviously cannot take it back as it is then unsalable.
Any of the sale items that are purchased are not eligible for a refund beyond 7 days of the purchase date. This is due to the nature of the reduction as this will generally be applied due to the best before date approaching. All sale items are clearly listed with their best before dates (where it is less than 6 months) or damage that has occurred.

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch to you of the Products ordered, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled it in accordance with our terms and guidance.
You may cancel your order before it is dispatched, please email us ASAP after making your order and we will do our best to stop it from being dispatched.
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
- The product you ordered being unavailable from stock.
- Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment.
- The identification of a pricing or product description error.
