“I began lifting weights about 10 years ago as just a hobby but have only really committed myself to bodybuilding in the last year. I am looking to set up my own personal training company and I enjoy bodybuilding as it is a great stress reliever from what can be a stressful job. I am always seeking to improve myself and be the best version of me I can be, I’m always in competition with myself.”
